About
{"ops":[{"insert":"My work lives at the intersection of emotion, memory, and the unseen inner world.\nWorking in acrylics and mixed media, I create abstract and surreal paintings that explore mental and emotional health—not as concepts to be analyzed, but as experiences to be felt. The imagery often emerges intuitively, shaped by internal landscapes rather than external reality. Forms blur, distort, and overlap, mirroring the way emotions surface, fragment, and transform inside the mind.\nArt is both a processing tool and a form of translation for me. Each piece begins as a personal act of expression—an attempt to make sense of complex internal states that don’t always have language. Through layers, texture, and symbolic elements, I externalize what is often hidden: grief, resilience, overwhelm, tenderness, dissociation, hope. The finished work becomes a visual record of emotional truth rather than a fixed narrative.\nWhile deeply personal, the intention is collective. I create with the hope that viewers recognize themselves somewhere in the work—that they feel less alone in their inner experiences. If a painting offers someone a sense of being seen, understood, or quietly validated, it has done its job.\nMy paintings invite reflection rather than answers. They are spaces to pause, feel, and connect—both with oneself and with the shared emotional terrain that binds us all.\n"}]}
