Wolf Howling at the Moon wall sculpture hand carved

A beautiful Wall Sculpture hand carved in both alder wood and hard rock Maple for the Moon.

This piece has a Tung Oil finish on the Maple Moon and a lacquer finish for the wolf. Greyish
staining is used on the alder wood and the torched darken areas accentuate the depth of the fur to give it a realistic feel.

The piece measures approximately 23" across x 36" about 3-4" thick to the hangers on reverse...

This is one of several carvings in the Wolf series by artist, Richard Vest, who has been sculpting and
carving for over 25+ years.

This piece, "The Moon Wolf", can grace a wall over a fireplace or couch and is a great addition to
any Wolf collection. Additionally, it compliments photos and paintings of wolves and is a definite
conversation piece.

This sculpture has two steel brackets on the reverse, ready for wall mounting. A set of two steel
wall brackets are also included for hanging. It is for indoor display only and is signed and copyright dated by the artist.
