Twin white pelicans on pilings wall sculpture hand carved
The Twin Horizontal Pelicans Wall Sculpture is a very popular piece for the Sea Themed home. In fact, many customers place this piece over a fireplace or couch area in a living room, then use track lighting to highlight the pelicans on the piers.
Hand Carved by California Wildlife artist, Richard Vest, this wall sculpture in alder wood and mahogany ( for the beaks), utilizes steel hooks on the reverse, making it easy to hang.
This piece measures approximately 30" high x 44" wide and has a lacquer finish.
The artist uses real manilla rope to wrap the piers and white staining for the pelicans.
A special granite like texturing is applied to the rock areas giving them a very realistic look and feel.
This carving is for indoor display only and is copyright signed and dated.
A signed Authenticity Certificate accompanies each piece.
The Twin Pelicans have previously sold, however when you order, Richard will carve you a set with all the grain, texture, color, and personality of the original photo work.
Each sculpture is an original piece and each has it's own grain coloring and texture.
The artist ships via UPS ground insured constructing a strong box assuring safe delivery to your home or office.
