Sunset African Elephant wall sculpture hand carved

This wall carving depicting a Sunset with the silhouette of an African elephant makes a great statement on any wall.

Hand carved by California Wildlife artist, Richard Vest, this piece utilizes Tennessee Red Cedar for the sun along with
Black Walnut wood for the silhouette elephant and foliage.

The carving measures approximately 31" diameter, about 3.5" thick including the two steel hangers on the reverse.

All of the artist's work is for indoor display only, each an original piece with it's own grain, coloring, texture, and
personality, signed by the artist.

The red cedar in the piece has some yellow sapwood in it indicating the sun is starting to go down behind the elephant
scene. Richard uses Tung Oil as the finish imparting a neat luster look to the work.

This wall sculpture has previously sold, however when you order, Richard will carve you a piece with all the color, grain, texture, and movement of the original photo work.

Richard includes a neat signed Authenticity Certificate with each work.
