Moon Red Tailed Hawk Wall Sculpture hand carved
The Diving Red Tail Hawk Wall Sculpture is a unique piece hand carved by California Wildlife artist, Richard Vest.
The artist utilizes alder wood for the hawk and hard rock Maple wood for the moon.
Brass and steel hangers on the reverse, make it ready for wall hanging.
Each hawk is an original piece with it's own grain, coloring, and texture. This red tail bird of prey has a tung oil finish and lacquer finish for the Maple moon.
The carving measures approximately 22" x 32" and comes out from the wall over 5".
This piece generates many comments and compliments from visiting friends, especially if they are into predator birds.
The piece is signed and copyrighted. Richard also includes a signed Authenticity Certificate with each work.
All of the artist's pieces are for indoor display only.
