Jelly Fish Version 1 Wall Sculpture hand carved

Richard Vest, California wildlife artist, offers a neat series of hand carved jellyfish wall sculptures. Each is an original piece with a Tung Oil finish.

Jellyfish or jellies are free swimming marine animals with a gelatinous umbrella shaped bell and trailing tentacles. Jellies can range in size from 1/2" diameter to 16" in size. The largest jelly can become 6 feet in diameter with up to 49 foot tentacles.

Offered in this listing is Version 1 in the series carved in Tennessee Red Cedar wood with deep red tones. Cedar can vary from deep red to yellow sapwood.

This work measures approximately 9" wide x 14" high with brass plated saw tooth hangers on the reverse, ready for wall mounting.

All work is for indoor display only.

Each piece varies in tones, color, texture, and personality. All are signed and copyrighted by the artist.

Richard includes a signed Authenticity Certificate with each carving.
