Flying Eagle Wall Sculpture hand carved

The Eagle in Flight Version 1 Wall Sculpture is hand carved in solid Black Walnut, a great choice for this beautiful predator bird.

Richard Vest, California wildlife artist, uses yellow, white, and black acrylic staining for the tones needed in the head, eyes, and talons.

The entire piece is finished in Tung Oil. The Eagle has steel brackets on the reverse, ready for wall hanging. All of Richard's work is for indoor display only and each piece is signed and copyright dated.

This wall sculpture is a large piece measuring approximately 19" high x 49" across the wing span and usually finds it's way in homes over fireplaces, couches, or any wall where a dramatic impact is desired. The wing comes out from the wall about 7-8"

Track lighting towards the head and eyes really brings out the detail and power of this great bird.

Each Eagle has it's own grain, tones, and personality. A signed Authenticity Certificate accompanies the piece.

This Eagle has previously sold, however when you order the sculpture Richard will carve you a piece with all the color, grain, texture, and movement of the original photo work.
