Fawn Wall Sculpture hand carved
The Fawn wall sculpture is a great example of one of Richard Vest's wonderful carvings.
He has been carving over 25 years, has a unique style with the characteristic darkened torch eyes of the animal, and is a great California Wildlife artist.
His work finds it's way into homes all across the country on stairwells, over couches, fireplaces, hallways, bedrooms, restaurants, and many commercial settings.
This artist has even done large mascot animals for schools displayed in prominent places like administrative offices and gyms.
This Fawn, photographed by the artist from a baby deer on his property in the Sierras of California is a great little animal. There are many deer on the property each day inspiring this artist as they tend to look in the studio periodically while he is carving.
The fawn, measures approximately 12" x 16", is a perfect size for visiting friends to see.
It is for indoor display only, signed and copyright dated. A signed Authenticity Certificate accompanies each carving and all fawns have their own personality, coloring, and grain. White staining is used for the spots.
This piece has previously sold, however when you order this carving, Richard will carve you a piece with all the grain, texture, color, and personality of the original photo work.
