Clown Trigger Fish wall sculpture hand carved
Clown Trigger Fish Version 1 Wall Sculpture depicted in the photo is the first in a series of marine fishes hand carved by California Wildlife artist, Richard Vest.
The artist has personally kept these fish in his 500 gallon aquarium in the past and now the tank is freshwater with over 100 occupants.
The Clown Trigger inhabits the Indian Ocean and Caribbean growing to a size of over 19" in length. It keeps to the reefs, has sharp teeth, and is a solitary fish.
The artist carves this piece with approximate measurements of 9" x 17" in length, signs each piece and uses Tung Oil for the finish. Brass plated hooks on the reverse, make it ready for wall hanging.
Richard includes a neat signed Authenticity Certificate with each carving.
Each work is an original piece with it's own grain, coloring, texture, and personality.
All of his pieces are for indoor display only.
