California Gray Whales Wall Sculpture hand carved

Richard Vest, California Wildlife artist offers this beautiful California Gray Whale set, (Mother and Calf), wall sculpture to his Etsy site. The work is
a great representation of this great whale which swims up the California Coast and Oregon Coast... This piece measures approximately
20" high by 51" wide with the fin coming out from the wall about 4- 5 inches or so.

All of the artist's work is for indoor display with brass plated saw tooth hangers on the reverse, ready for wall hanging.

Each is an original piece with it's own grain, color, and personality. Each is signed and copyrighted. This piece is swimming to the right and it is available swimming left...

Richard loves carving the whales various woods. This set is in Alder wood with the gray top, white underside staining utilizing 5 coats of hand rubbed tung oil for the final finish.

This whale wall sculpture is perfect for the "beach" style home or any home with a sea decor.

This piece works well over a couch or fireplace generating many comments and compliments from visiting friends.

This set has previously sold, however when you order Richard will carve you a sculpture with all the color, grain, and texture of the original photo work.
