Blue Eyed Octopus wall sculpture hand carved

This is the first in a new series of Octopus wall Sculptures. Richard Vest, California wildlife artist, hand carved this Octopus in
Tennessee Red Cedar wood with a tung oil finish.

This wall carving measures approximately 12" high x 24" wide, about 2.5 inches to the saw tooth hangers on the reverse.

The series has a cowrie shell for the eye. Richard hand paints the eyes with an acrylic turquoise, ultramarine blue, and black.

Each eye, along with the Octopus, is an original piece, no two exactly the same. He uses the back side of the shell, with the
slit in black giving the horizontal eye of this neat marine creature.

All of the work is signed and copyrighted, for indoor display only.

This Octopus has previously sold, however when you order, Richard will carve you a piece with all the color, grain, texture, and movement of the original photo work.

Richard ships via UPS ground insured constructing a strong box assuring safe delivery to your home or office.
He sends out an email/conversation shipment day indicating UPS estimated e.t.a. along with tracking number.
Shipment is within the U.S. mainland, lower 48 states.
