Beluga Family Wall sculpture hand carved
Richard Vest, California Wildlife artist, loves Beluga Whales since the first time he saw a baby being born in the Vancouver Aquarium in 1978.
This Beluga Mother and Calif Wall Sculpture is hand carved in hard rock Maple wood, finished in Tung Oil. The piece is suitable for indoor display only and has steel brackets on the reverse, ready for wall mounting.
It is signed and copyright dated. A signed Authenticity Certificate accompanies each piece....All of Richard's pieces have the characteristic torched eye, a sign of his unique carving style. He developed the torched eye back in 1978 when he started by accident and has used this as a symbol of his work.
The overall approximate measurements of this wall piece is 20" x 50" wide. Each Beluga carving has it's own grain and coloring making them distinctive.
This whale set offered is swimming to the right, however, the artist carves this set swimming to the left. Please contact the artist should you want the piece to the left.
If the Beluga Set is complete at the time of an order the piece will be shipped within 3-5 days. If the piece is in progress or carved for the order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
This wall sculpture has previously sold, however when you order, Richard will carve you a piece with all the color, texture, grain, and movement of the original photo work.
Shipment is within the U.S. mainland, lower 48 states.
Please allow 2-5 weeks for shipment to occur.
Richard ships via UPS ground insured and constructs a strong box assuring safe delivery to your home or office.
