Baby Giraffe Wall sculpture hand carved

This Baby Giraffe hand carved wall sculpture is such a neat piece. Carved in alder
wood, the piece has a hand rubbed Tung Oil finish with darkened spotting.

Some customers like to purchase just the Baby Giraffe, but many acquire it along with the Mother Giraffe also shown on this site. Brass brackets on the reverse, make it ready for wall mounting. Each piece is an original with it's own personality.

The baby measures approximately 14" across from ear to ear and about 28" high.
It is copyrighted, signed and dated by me. All pieces are for indoor display only.

Many customers, after purchasing one of my Giraffes will end up placing it high on a wall
then purchase a tree or large plant placing it front of the neck base against the piece giving an illusion of the baby looking over the trees.

This Giraffe has previously sold, however when you order, Richard will carve you a piece with all the color, grain, texture, and personality of the original photo work.
