"The Hulk"

This painting is based on a Jack Kirby illustration from the 1960s. It is his original conception of the Hulk from that era, for Marvel Comics. Although the Hulk has changed through the years with different artists taking over the artwork and Jack's passing, this is how he was portrayed originally in the 60s .
This painting is a tribute to Jack "King" Kirby, one of the greatest comic book artists of all time.
