Instructions
Deep breathe slowly while pressing the points for five seconds, inhaling through the nose for five seconds. Then, release the pressure on your finger while exhaling through the mouth for five seconds. I recommend three sets per session twice a day four times a week. After each session, drink a cup of water lukewarm or a cup of green tea. This will eliminate the toxins from the body.
Thumb: spleen, stomach, depression, anxiety, stomach pain, headache and skin conditions
Index Finger: bladder, kidneys, fear, disappointment, confusion, toothache, muscle pain, back problems and heart burn
Middle Finger: gall bladder, liver, temper, irritability, indecisiveness, ameliorates your mood, vision and blood circulation, relieves pain from menstrual cramps and migraine headaches
Ring Finger: stimulates colon and lung function, ameliorates fear of rejection and negativity, digestive problems, skin conditions and respiratory problems
Pinky Finger: regulates the heart and small intestines, when feeling nervous, worried or insecure, it enhances your confidence, resolves bone issues, heart problems, throat pain and bloating
Base of Thumb: cough, respiratory distress, ameliorates thyroid function
Center of Palm: regulates stomach, alleviates abdominal pain and digestive distress
Fleshy Part of Palm: heart and endocrine functions, hormones return to homeostasis
Exterior Part of Palm: ameliorates appendix issues and helps you control your sugar levels
