Roses

Roses have a sweet fragrance with delegate pedals, that come in a variety of colors.
The stems , particularly on roses, do carry thorns, which will prick, at times, stay right in your skin, and go through those gloves too.
These thorns are called prickles, believe, and whether myth or not to guard those pesty little critters.
If you notice, by chance, way to many thorns (prickles) might be chance rosebush has an infection.
