At this time of year I'm reminded of the origin of Pretzangles,. Fifty-One years ago around this time in Salt Lake City. There was a Eureka moment: My nephew of about 10 years old, looked over my shoulder and said: "Unk, those hexagons are interweaving like the top of an apple pie!"
I told him, "Hey I'm a draftsman, nothing weaves itself" &..he says: "No LOOK!" and what I saw is
close to what this drawing is illustrating. That seed polygons,. placed adjacent to one another. create a weave of their own. I call this the "Lazy Eight Method," as illustrated in the above drawing
