This was produced by the Pretzangles Program located at Pretzangles.com. You can download the program for free, and create your own. It takes a bit of a learning curve, but check out the tutorial, shown at "Pretzangles the Tutorial", and you can create dodecahedrons like this in just a few minutes. In all honesty I prefer the pen and ink trial and error way of building these because the program isn't able to carry the colors from face to face correctly, but the views are often spectacular.
