Papa Tango 162

This again is an opportunity to SEE the WEAVE. There are two loops which if you look long enough you'll see the weave. This is different from ordinary Pretzangles which uses just triangles. It's more difficult to automatically SEE the WEAVE, but trust me it's there. I'll post the solution, showing the hidden obvious of the two loops soon.
