The artwork depicts a striking contrast between two children standing face to face. On the left, there is a chubby, well-nourished baby holding a teddy bear and drinking from a bottle, dressed in a light-colored outfit. On the right stands an extremely thin, malnourished child dressed in tattered clothing. The background is softly blurred with autumnal trees and a building behind them, enhancing the focus on the children. The vivid contrast in their physical conditions evokes a powerful commentary on disparity, innocence, and perhaps socio-economic or health-related issues. The use of warm, earthy tones adds depth and emotional intensity to the scene.
