FRAGMENTS OF MYTHOLOGY is a contemporary collection inspired by classical mythological sculptures. The starting point of this series is Michelangelo’s David, followed by studies of Zeus, Athena, and Apollo, reinterpreted through a modern visual language. Each painting features a central figure set against a dynamic background, unified by a continuous rhythm of line, color, and pattern.

The palette is intentionally limited to red, turquoise, white, and black, emphasizing strong contrasts and simplicity of expression. Through carefully placed colors, the works evoke the texture and presence of stone and marble while maintaining a decorative and expressive character.

This collection is both an homage to the great masters of sculpture and a personal exploration of form, balance, and myth reimagined on canvas.
